Viewing company fax and call logs in the RingCentral

The Company Call Logs displays a complete record of incoming and outgoing calls, as well as faxes for the company number and specified extensions. These logs are stored in your RingCentral Online account for 1 year or until you delete them. It allows reports to be saved and delivered to a designated email address on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or specified days.
Admins can view and manage Company Call Logs in their RingCentral mobile app.
Finding your company fax and call logs
1. Depending on which device you’re on:
a. For Android devices, tap the profile menu at top left.
b. For iOS devices, tap your profile photo at top left.
2. Tap Admin tools.
3. Tap Company call logs.
The Company Call Logs screen shows a list of all your calls and faxes. It is organized into six tabs: All, Missed calls, Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Sent faxes, and Received faxes.
The list displays the caller’s name, location, and the date or time of the call. The list of calls is sorted by time when the call was originated, with the newest calls on top.
The screen allows you to search for a call record by entering a phone number or caller name in the search box. You can also use the Filter feature to view all company call logs from a specific point in time.
A phone icon with an arrow indicates the direction of the call. A phone icon with arrow pointing to the right indicates an incoming call and arrow pointing to the left indicates an outgoing call. A red phone icon with x indicates a missed call. The More Info icon on a given call record will allow you to view the call details.
The Call Details screen shows detailed call information. You can view the call direction, caller ID, call location, call time, call duration, and if the call was forwarded. You can also initiate a call or send a text to the caller or person you called.
