Customizing tabs in the RingCentral mobile app

Customized tabs in the RingCentral mobile app gives you quick access to your most used items.
 
This feature lets you reorder the tabs at the bottom menu bar and the More menu, allowing easy access to your most frequently used features.
 
If you are a RingCentral Video Pro user, the tabs available at the bottom menu bar on the RingCentral mobile app are
  • Message
  • Video
  • Contacts
  • More
    • Phone
    • Team events
    • Tasks
    • Analytics
While if you are a RingCentral MVP user, the tabs available at the bottom menu bar on the RingCentral mobile app are
  • Message
  • Video
  • Phone
  • Text
  • Contacts
  • More
    • Fax
    • Team events
    • Tasks
    • Park locations
    • HUD
    • Analytics
    • Admin tools

Note: Some tabs may not be available due to limited permissions. You can reach out to your admin if you need to access additional features. How you customize your bottom menu bar is the same, no matter which mobile device you use. 
 
You can have a minimum of three tabs and a maximum of six tabs displayed at the bottom menu bar. To customize the bottom menu bar, tap the More button and tap Customize.

Long press the three stacked lines of each tab and then drag to reorder. Tabs under the Main screen appear at the bottom menu bar.
