Transferring calls using the HUD in the RingCentral
app desktop and web | RingCentral app
The head-up display (HUD) in the RingCentral app allows you to transfer a call to another extension with a few clicks.
Note: You must enable the HUD to transfer calls via the HUD. To learn more, visit

Transferring calls via the HUD
1. On a live call, navigate to the
2. Hover over the user you want to transfer the call to.
, then select from the following:
: Talk to the person on the line before transferring. Click
to transfer the call.
: Automatically transfers to the extension.
: Transfers to the user extension’s voicemail.
