Voicemail: Set a voicemail greeting and select either Default or Custom.

Default Caller ID: Select which number you prefer to show up as your Caller ID.
RingOut: Select how you want to place your outgoing calls.
Direct dial data: If you set the RingOut off, select the type of connection to be used when placing outgoing calls. Choose Wi-Fi or mobile data, Wi-Fi or carrier minutes, or Carrier minutes only.
General
Extension settings: View and configure your RingCentral MVP account.
Head-up display: Toggle on to enable the head-up display (HUD) feature in the RingCentral mobile app. The HUD also lets you see user extensions in real-time, whether available or engaged in a call.
Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls: Receive call notifications when somebody you are monitoring receives a call.
Region: Set the country and area code for your region. This will be used for local and emergency dialing and phone number formatting.
Emergency location: Set your RingCentral mobile app’s emergency address to be used for emergency calling services. Your mobile app uses your native dialer to connect emergency calls.
My iPhone number: Enter your mobile phone number. This is used for making calls using your RingCentral business number with your mobile device’s carrier connection.
Integrated Calling: Toggle on to allow RingCentral calls to display in your phone’s call history.

Pairing a bluetooth handset
Before making or taking a call using your Bluetooth headset, make sure it is paired with your phone.
To set up your phone with a bluetooth headset:
Swipe down at the top of your screen and then tap the Bluetooth icon to turn on your bluetooth.
Go to your phone’s settings:
For iOS, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone and toggle the switch on.
For Android, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, and then toggle the switch on. If you are an Android 12 user, you also need to grant bluetooth permission to RingCentral mobile app via your device’s system settings.
Once your bluetooth is turned on, it will search for the device name of your headset. Select and tap the device name to pair.
