Using the dialpad in the RingCentral app for mobile

Use the dialpad in the RingCentral app to make outgoing calls to other users and external numbers.

In the RingCentral mobile app, access the dialpad by tapping the Phone icon in the bottom menu.

Using the dialpad

When you open the dialpad in the RingCentral app for mobile, you’ll find the following options:

Contacts: Tap the person icon at the top right of the dialpad to search for contacts you wish to call.
Dialpad: Enter or paste a number to dial.
From: Located under the call icon, tap to select what number you prefer to show up as your Caller ID.

Once you’re on a live call, the dialpad will have a different set of call controls available.
