1. While in a meeting, click Breakout at the bottom menu bar. This will open the Breakout rooms window.
2. Click the Add room plus (+) icon at the top left.
3. You will see the breakout room you’ve created under the BREAKOUT ROOMS column with a default room name.
Note: You can create a maximum of 50 breakout rooms.
Renaming Breakout Rooms
1. Hover over the breakout room you want to rename.
2. Click on the Rename button, and type in the desired name.
3. Press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac) on your keyboard.
Assigning attendees to Breakout rooms
1. Hover over the right of the participant name you want to assign to a breakout room.
2. Click Move.
3. Select desired breakout room.
Reassigning attendees to Breakout rooms
1. Click the breakout room where the participant is assigned.
2. On the right of the participant's name, click Move.
3. Select the breakout room you want to move the participant to.
Deleting Breakout Rooms
To delete a breakout room, hover over the breakout room you want to delete, and then click on the Delete trash can icon.
Closing and opening Breakout rooms
1. Click Close all rooms at bottom right.
2. Click Close.
3. All participants will go to the main meeting room.
You can open the breakout room any time after closing it, and the participants will go back to their assigned breakout rooms. To open a breakout room, click Open all rooms at the bottom right.
