Switching your audio device during a RingCentral Video meeting

  1. Click the More icon from within the meeting window.
  2. Select Enable closed captions.
1. Click the up arrow next to the Mute icon to expand the Audio Settings menu.

  1. Click the More icon from within the meeting window.
  2. Select Enable closed captions.
2. Select Switch to phone call.

  1. Click the More icon from within the meeting window.
  2. Select Enable closed captions.
3. On the Call me tab, enter the phone number of the device you would like to use.

  1. Click the More icon from within the meeting window.
  2. Select Enable closed captions.
4. Click Call me.
The meeting window will continue to display on the original device, but your audio will switch to the new device. 
 
Note: If you join audio on another device within the same meeting, the audio will automatically disconnect from the original device to avoid echo.
