Sharing your screen and presenting files in a
RingCentral Video meeting on mobile | RingCentral app
While in a RingCentral Video meeting, you can:
Share your screen to meeting attendees.
Directly share files from Google Drive to participants without sharing your screen.
Share your camera view to meeting attendees.
Note: Only registered users can share files from Google Drive during a meeting. Users need to connect their Google accounts and turn on Google Drive access for this feature to work. The app adjusts video and screen sharing quality or pauses video to save battery consumption when your phone is in low power mode.

Sharing your screen for iOS devices
While in a RingCentral Video meeting, tap the Share button at the bottom menu bar.
Select Screen.
Tap Start Broadcast to start screen sharing.
Tap Stop Broadcast to stop screen sharing.
Note: You can enable Do Not Disturb on your iOS device to prevent unexpected notifications while sharing your screen. Simply swipe down on the top of your screen and tap the moon icon to enable Do Not Disturb.
Sharing your screen for Android devices
Tap the Share button at the bottom menu bar.
Select Screen.
Tap Start now to start casting or recording with RingCentral.
Tap Stop share at the bottom menu bar to end screen sharing.
Note: You can enable Do not disturb on your Android device to mute all calls, alerts, except for your custom exceptions. To enable, swipe down at the top of your screen, and depending on where the Do Not Disturb icon is located on your phone, you may need to swipe left to see other icons. Tap the circle and minus sign icon to enable Do Not Disturb.
Sharing a file from Google drive
While in a RingCentral Video meeting, tap the Share button at the bottom menu bar.
