Using a waiting room in RingCentral Video mobile

As a meeting host, you can:
- move participants to the waiting room,
- admit participants back to the waiting room,
- and re-invite them back to the meeting.
Note: Only meeting hosts can perform these actions. For more information, visit Using RingCentral Video host controls on mobile.
1. While in a meeting, tap Participants via the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap the More icon at far right of the attendee’s name, and then tap Move to waiting room.
3. Repeat Step 2 to move additional participants to the waiting room.
To admit attendees back to the meeting, simply tap Admit at the right of the attendees’ name.
