Allowing users to create public or private teams

Admins have control over how users can create a public and private team, and how a conversation can be converted into a private or public team. When set, users can only create and convert teams depending on the chosen setting.
Sign in to RingCentral app.
Settings > Administration
Choose what type of team you want users to create or convert from the dropdown menu on
Manage what types of teams can be created
. You can choose
Public and private
