Accessing the Enterprise portal for linked accounts

Federated accounts management using the Enterprise portal allows administrators to manage, and search across multiple RingCentral account instances in a company. This feature makes managing large accounts and companies with multiple accounts easier by consolidating management into a single view.
Accessing the Enterprise Portal
To access the Enterprise portal, a RingCentral representative will select from the list of users/admin and assign the first Enterprise admin. The first Enterprise admin should get the Enterprise Super Admin role and can add other Enterprise admins.
Admins must go to the RingCentral Sign-in page. If the admin has Enterprise portal access, the Enterprise portal will display after signing in.
If the admin does not have permission to access the Enterprise portal, it will open the Admin portal for that account.
