Signing in to RingCentral

Select where you’re signing in.
Desktop & web app
Mobile app
Admin Portal
  1. Open the RingCentral app on your computer or go to app.ringcentral.com.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Select how you want to sign in:
    1. RingCentral sign-in form: Use this form to sign in using your RingCentral credentials. 
    2. Google: Use this to sign in using your Google account.
    3. Apple: If you are using an Apple computer, use this method to sign in with your Apple ID account.
    4. Single sign-on: Use this if Single sign-on is available on your account.
  1. Open the RingCentral mobile app.
  2. Tap Sign-in.
  3. Select how you want to sign in: 
    1. RingCentral sign-in form: Use this form to sign in using your RingCentral credentials. 
    2. Google: Use this to sign in using your Google account.
    3. Apple: If you are using an iOS device, use this method to sign in using your Apple ID account.
    4. Single sign-on: Use this if Single sign-on is available on your account.
  1. Visit RingCentral Support.
  2. Click Login to sign in to MyRingCentral.
  1. Select how you want to sign in: 
    1. RingCentral sign-in form: Use this form to sign in using your RingCentral credentials. 
    2. Google: Use this to sign in using your Google account.
    3. Single sign-on: Use this if Single sign-on is available on your account.
RingCentral sign-in form
For desktop & web
  1. Enter your RingCentral email address or phone number. 
  2. Click Next.
  3. Enter your extension number in the Extension (Optional) field if you sign in with a phone number you share with someone else. 
  1. Enter your password.
  2. Click Sign In.
For mobile
  1. Enter your RingCentral email address or phone number. 
  2. Click Next.
  3. Choose how to sign in—either with the express link or manually. 
    1. Tap Sign in with an express link, open the email, and tap Confirm Email. Return to the RingCentral app and sign in.
    2. Tap Sign in manually, enter your extension number in the Extension (Optional) field (if you sign in with a phone number you share with someone else), enter your password and click Sign In.
Google account
  1. Click or tap the Google button. 
  2. Select your Google account or click Use another account
  3. Note: If you have signed in using Google before, select your Google account, and you will automatically sign in.
  4. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account. 
  5. Click or tap Allow if prompted to sign in.
Note: If your Google account includes Google Workspace, you may be redirected to the Google G Suite sign-in page. Enter your credentials, then click Sign In.
Single sign-on
  1. Click the Single sign-on button.
  2. Enter your email address.
  1. Click Submit.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.
Apple
If you’re using an Apple device and have an Apple ID, you can choose to sign in using face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID credentials.
  1. Tap the Apple button. 
  1. Confirm the Apple ID you want to sign in with or select a different one. 
  2. If it’s your first time signing in, select how you want to sign in in the future: 
    1. Share My Email: Select this option to sign in using face ID or touch ID.
    2. Hide My Email: Select this option to enter your Apple ID email and password.
  1. Tap Continue.

Trouble signing in?

Incorrect or forgotten password
Click Forgot Password? to reset your password.
Unrecognized email address 
  1. Try signing in using the phone number on your account. 
  2. Contact your company admin to check your account credentials if that doesn't work. 
  3. If you still can’t sign in, call support. 
Locked out of your account/access disabled
You may get locked out from your RingCentral online account due to:
  • Five unsuccessful sign in attempts, in which case your account will be locked for 60 minutes 
  • Payment issues
  1. Try signing in using the phone number on your account. 
  2. Contact your company admin to check your account credentials if that doesn't work. 
  3. If you still can’t sign in, call support
Note: Account admins can update their account lockout threshold settings by calling support
Locked out of your account/access disabled
Check the Service Status page to see if there are any outages affecting your account.
