You can submit feedback, issues you’ve encountered, feature improvement ideas, and new feature requests in the RingCentral app for desktop and web via the Resource Center.
Reporting an issue on the RingCentral app
From the left navigation bar, go to Resource Center > Feedback.
Click Report issue.
Select the product category for your issue from the dropdown.
Fill out the text box with the issue you experienced. You can also attach a screenshot by clicking the paperclip icon.
Click Send.
Submitting a feature idea on the RingCentral app
From the left navigation bar, go to Resource Center > Feedback.
Click Share ideas. You will be redirected to the Ideas Portal.
Before submitting a new request, review whether others have made the same suggestion. Under Filter by Category, select the product category.
Scroll through the list of submitted feature requests by others and then vote for the one that matches your need.
If you don’t find the feature request you’re interested in, you can submit a new one by clicking Add a new Idea.
Select the product you want to submit an idea. Choose between RingCentral Mobile or desktop and web app.
