Whitelisting RingCentral Server IP addresses to use the Jira Server add-in with the RingCentral app

To successfully integrate the Jira Server add-in with your RingCentral app conversations, your IT or Jira admin needs to whitelist the RingCentral Server IP addresses in your firewall.
Once whitelisted, the Jira Server add-in will be able to post notifications to your RingCentral app conversations whenever a Jira ticket is created or updated. Users will also be able to update their tickets from their RingCentral conversations.
Please contact your admin to whitelist the following static IP addresses:
