Reporting an issue in the RingCentral app for mobile

If you encounter an issue with the RingCentral app, you can report it via an application log. These problem reports help our team troubleshoot the issue.
Sign in to RingCentral app for mobile.
Tap on your profile photo at the top left.
Scroll down and tap Feedback.
Select Report issue.
Select the feature you’re having trouble with and enter a description of the problem. If you have a screenshot illustrating the issue, upload it using the photo icon on the bottom left.
