Printing a fax in the RingCentral mobile app

When viewing a fax you’ve received, you can print the fax by using the menu controls.
Printing a fax from an Android device
Printing from an Android device is available from the menu while viewing the fax.
- View the fax you want to print.
- Tap the three-dot More menu icon in the top right of your screen.
- Tap Print.
- Tap the printer you want to print from.
- Select the print settings as needed.
- Tap the Print button.
Printing a fax from an iOS device
Printing from an iOS device uses the standard iOS Action (Share) control.
You can see a preview of the fax before printing.
- View the fax you want to print.
- Tap the Action (Share) icon in the top menu bar.
- Tap Print.
- Tap the printer you want to print from.
- Select the print settings as needed.
- Tap Print.
