RingCentral Rooms system requirements

To make the most of RingCentral Rooms, make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements. Admins should review the compatibility of all devices on manufacturer websites to ensure your room kit will work as intended.
 
Admins can choose one of two hardware setups for RingCentral Rooms based on the number of seats you need in a room. For a full list of recommended setups, read RingCentral Rooms recommended setups
  • Room appliance kit (recommended): An all-in-one video bar with a built-in computer, camera, microphone, speaker, and a separate controller.
  • Room kit (individual):
    • Separate computer, controller, controller console (if needed), and network and power connectors.
    • Separate camera, microphone, and speaker or all-in-one video bar with a built-in camera, microphone, and speaker.
