RingCentral Video provides remote desktop control sessions during a meeting. Participants can request the presenter to gain control of their screen during a screen share. When approved, the requester can use the mouse, touchpad, and keyboard on the presenter’s desktop.

Limitations

  • The remote desktop control feature is available when the presenter uses only the RingCentral app desktop. The controller uses either the RingCentral app desktop or web.
  • The remote desktop control feature is available only while full-screen sharing (not app sharing). Only one controller is allowed per remote desktop control session.
