Managing RingCentral Video meeting recordings for mobile

Once you have recorded a RingCentral Video meeting, you can retrieve, share and delete it at any time. If you would like to learn how to retrieve recorded meetings, visit Retrieving RingCentral Video meeting recordings for mobile.

Viewing meeting recordings in the RingCentral mobile app

You can access recent and recorded meetings with auto-transcribed meeting summaries.
  1. Tap Video via the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap the three-dot More icon at top right.
  3. Select Recordings.

Tap Recent meetings to view your most recent meetings. If you recorded any of your calls in the RingCentral app, they can be accessed and shared via the Recordings section. Type in the meeting title or participant name in the search bar to look up a specific recording playback. 
 
You can read AI-generated transcribed meeting summaries by selecting one of your recorded meetings.

Deleting meeting recordings

  1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon at the top right, and then tap Recordings.
  3. Select and tap the recorded meeting to open.
  4. Tap the trash icon at the upper right.
  5. Tap Delete at the bottom.
Note: RingCentral Video meeting recordings are stored for a maximum time of one year and are automatically deleted after. You can also manually delete recorded meetings at any time. 

Managing meeting recordings email notification

  1. Tap Video via the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap the three-dot More icon at top right, then select Video meeting settings.
  3. Tap Email settings
  4. Toggle on the following options to enable email notifications: Meeting has ended, Recording is ready, Recording is shared, or Recording is deleted.
