Attention: The security certificate on some deskphones expired on August 16, 2024. RingCentral updated them, but if your phone isn’t working, it may be because the update failed. To get your phone working again, you’ll need to factory reset it and set it up again.
Open the RingCentral app on your computer or mobile device.
Click or tap Sign in.
Select how you want to sign in:
RingCentral credentials
Enter your RingCentral email address or phone number.
Click or tap Next.
Enter your password and click or tap Sign in. If you’re using a mobile phone, you can choose to sign in with an express link sent to your email.
Google account
Click or tap the Google button.
Select your Google account or Use another account.
Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.
Click or tap Allow if prompted.
Apple ID
Click or tap the Apple button.
Select the Apple ID you want to use.
Click or tap Continue.
Single sign-on
Click or tap the Single Sign-on button.
Enter your email address.
Click or tap Submit.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click or tap Sign in.
RingCentral Phone app
Open the RingCentral Phone app on your computer.
Click Sign In.
Enter your email and password, or select another sign-in method:
Phone
Click the Phone button.
Enter your phone number and password. Enter your extension if you have one.
Click Sign In.
Google account
Click or tap the Google button.
Select your Google account or Use another account.
Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.
Click or tap Allow if prompted.
Single sign-on
Click the Single Sign On button.
Enter your email address.
Click Submit.
Note: If this is your first time signing in, you’ll be prompted to select the country calling code assigned to your phone line and to add your emergency address.
