The RingCentral app is available for three platforms: desktop, web, and mobile (Android and iOS). You can switch between devices to take or make calls, check voicemails, and connect and collaborate with teams.

  • Windows 8.1 (64-bit), or later
  • macOS 10.13 (High Sierra), or later
  • Intel Skylake-class 6th Gen i3, i5, or i7 processor, or later
  • AMD Excavator-class (2015) processor, or later
  • At least 8 GB of RAM
  • Minimum bandwidth requirements for:
    • Meetings with two participants: 1 Mbps download/upload
    • Meetings with more than two participants: 1.5 Mbps download/upload
    • Meetings with more than two participants that include the Virtual background feature2 Mbps download/upload
    • Audio-only meetings (cameras turned off): 512 Kbps download/upload

    • For audio-only meetings (camera stream turned off): 512kbps download and upload, or better
