RINGCENTRAL MVP COre
  • RingCentral Rooms, Version 22.3.2 (Release: September 1 through September 27, 2022)
Admin
  • Customer number block management: Customers are able to store held phone numbers, which are part of blocks issued by their phone carrier, without having to otherwise pay the reserved number fee. In this way phone numbers can be easily and readily available for use. 
  • Move license between cost centers: Admins can transfer licenses between cost centers during various provisioning flows, and also easily view cost centers by availability. 
  • In-app Company Setup: Admin can search for a user by name, phone number or extension. They can also filter by status, department, phone, license type and site.
  • Company Directory Controls: Admins can publish or hide a user in the company directory. Additional controls allow the admin to publish or hide a user’s phone number, as well as contact phone number and mobile phone number.
  • Admin Portal homepage improvement: The number of clicks required to access popular information and settings has been reduced by moving links to those items up to the homepage menus.
  • Admin Portal pricing clarification: For Mobile, Video Pro, and Video Pro+ users.
Global
  • Bring Your Own Carrier: El Salvador and Paraguay are countries which have been added to those in which this service is available.
  • New phone models available for Global Office purchase: Yealink T33G & Poly Trio C60.
  • Assisted provisioning for Europe and Australia: Added for Yealink T31P, W69P, CP930W
  • MVP Core, Version 22.3.3 (Release: September 9 through October 7, 2022)
  • Custom Key Layout support for Poly VVX450: Customize line keys by assigning blanks; reordering/assigning/removing presence, feature keys, speed dials, and primary line appearances.
  • MVP Core, Version 22.3.4 (Release: September 26 through October 18, 2022)
  • SMS bundle licenses: Renamed existing ones, and added new bundles, to help with making usage appropriate selections.
RINGCENTRAL App
  • RingCentral App Desktop and Web, Version 22.3.30 (Release: September 21 through 26, 2022)
  • Mute conversations: Work distraction-free by turning off notifications for low-priority conversations. For any team, select Mute conversation from the More menu. You'll only get notified when you are @mentioned.
  • Pick your Enter key preference: Pressing your Enter key to send messages is the default, but you can now change it to add a new line instead. Go to your settings to change your preference anytime if you want to try it the other way.
  • Improved network quality indicator (NQI): It's now simpler to understand your network connection performance while using the app.
  • On premises Exchange integration: Easily join and schedule meetings by connecting your on-premises Exchange calendar.
  • Automatically adjust mic volume: Set your microphone to adjust the volume to match others on the call automatically.
  • Select your country during sign up: We've added an easy way to select the country you live in when you're creating a new account.
  • Multi-location extension support: Now companies can use the same extension for multiple locations. Employees at any location can use the same short extension to reach colleagues even if they work in different stores or offices.
  • Reading transcripts clears new message indicators: Voicemail will no longer have a new message indicator if you read the transcript instead of listening to it.
  • RingCentral Mobile App, Version 22.3.30 (Release: September 23 through 28, 2022)
  • Background noise reduction: Keep phone calls distraction-free by removing the sounds of barking dogs, leaf blowers, and other unwanted noises. You can either go to your Settings to turn it on for all calls or tap on the Background Noise Reduction icon during a call.

  • Message field improvements: Our new expanded message field makes it easier to express yourself. We've made the message field larger to give you more space and you also can now access the emoji library as you write.

  • iOS 12 support withdrawal: RingCentral will no longer support iOS 12.
RINGCENTRAL Rooms
  • RingCentral Rooms, Version 22.3.30 (Release: September 16, 2022)
  • Invite by Email in Rooms (GA): Room user can invite participants (including external participants) by their emails from the Rooms controller
  • Join encrypted Zoom/Webex SIP meetings: Rooms now support Zoom or Webex SIP meetings that require encryption.
  • Schedule device reboot from ServiceWeb: IT admin can now schedule a time window for a Rooms system and Rooms host PC will reboot at that time. 
  • Schedule device upgrade from ServiceWeb: IT admin can now schedule a time window for a Rooms system and Rooms host will check for upgrade at that time. If there is, an upgrade will complete automatically.
  • Share Rooms camera full screen in meeting (GA): A second camera connected to Rooms can be used as the second device to show a document, a physical whiteboard, or an activity taking place in the room. With share camera full screen feature, presenters could be able to involve remote participants into the meeting discussion.
  • Setup Digital Signage with Web URL (GA, Windows only): Use Rooms to deploy TV screens in open areas to display content. IT admin can create a digital signage only room and set it up with URL to show pre-configured content
